Helen J. Kim is the assistant director of alumni engagement at Northwestern University. She manages the Northwestern Alumni Association’s digital career programs, including Northwestern Intersections, an award-winning career podcast where she interviews alumni about their career stories as the host and executive producer, and Career Webinar Series, a weekly webinar program where presenters are invited to share professional development skills. As a Northwestern alumna, she combines her experience from her alma mater and passion for helping people advance in their careers to curate cutting-edge programs for the alumni network. Helen received her bachelor’s degree in percussion performance and received her her post-baccalaureate certificate in strategic marketing and digital content management through the Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies.
