As a non-governmental social development organisation we support children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education, health and emergency relief, and we advocate for the rights of children and young people, in alliance with a great diversity of partners. We work in 135 countries and territories, reaching over one million children, young people, families and caregivers each year. To support us with this important responsibility the International Office CEE/CIS/ME, Fund Development & Communication Department, we are now looking for a committed:

Individual Giving Advisor for the region CEE/CIS/ME (f/m) - 38,5 Wochenstunden

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Individual giving / direct sales for donor / customer acquisition
Implement and further develop individual giving channels (especially F2F) in local markets in the region CEE/CIS/ME (market development)
• Loyalty programs / customer care
Implement and further develop donor loyalty programs and donor retention measures to sustain fundraising campaign investment in local markets in the region CEE/CIS/ME (customer relationship management)
• Regional Expert Networks
Lead regional expert networks to foster fast learning and shorten time-to-market
• Capacity Development
Build in-house expertise for individual giving within local teams in the region CEE/CIS/ME by developing knowledge transfer measures and formats, especially design of trainings and workshops for different knowledge levels (for physical meetings as well as for online settings) and 1-to-1 consulting

• Master Degree in Fundraising, Sales, Marketing or related studies
• Further studies in training, facilitation, mediation or related
• 5 to 10 years of experience in individual giving (especially F2F) or direct sales
• 3 to 5 years of experience in donor loyalty programmes or customer care
• Proven track record in training & facilitation and designing workshops & trainings
• Ability to work in a virtual set-up and intercultural setting
• English C1

• sufficient negotiation skills
• knowledge of organizational development & knowledge management
• experience in consulting / mentoring
