General Terms & Conditions


By sending the completed registration form or completing the online registration you are signing an agreement with Fundraising Verband Austria and you are at the same time accepting these general standard terms and conditions.

You will be sent a confirmation E-Mail and a receipt via mail after we have received the completed registration form. Participation payment is due at the time of registration or 14 days after the registration at the latest. Registrations will not be processed after 14 days without payment. Fundraising Verband Austria accepts credit transfers and euro remittances or foreign checks as for foreign participants. In exceptional cases such as registrations on very short notice, payment can be made in cash or per check on arrival day. If the total participation payment has not been made on the course day, the payment claim of the total fee remains. The participation fee is a final price. No taxes will be added.

A membership of the registered persons or their organisation/company must exist at the time of registration for the European Fundraising School at the latest or a membership must be aimed in the course of the registration process so that the membership price can be applied.

The total participation fee includes drinks during the breaks, lunch and work materials. Any other services such as drinks during the lunchbreaks are not included and have to be taken care of by the course participants individually.

The allocation of spaces for the European Fundraising School occurs in order of the registration entries.

By receiving your registration you grant us permission to take photos of you during the event and to use those photos only for Public Relations work.

  • Cancellations must be in writing. Important is the date of the entry of your cancellation at Fundraising Verband. All cancellations are subject to the following costs:
  • Cancellations up to 8 weeks before the event cost 10% of the total participation fee.
  • For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the event we charge 50% of the total participation fee.
  • Participants who cancel up to 2 weeks before the event or who do not show up for the course for any reason are liable for the ENTIRE FEE.


It is possible to designate an alternate person to attend in your place up to 14 days before the event by informal writing or via fax.

We reserve the right to cancel the European Fundraising School up to four weeks before the beginning of the event. The Fundraising Verband Austria can not be held responsible for the costs incurred in the meantime by already registered participants.

The substantive law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies. Any legal case arising from the participation at the course shall be heard in Vienna.

The ineffectiveness of one of the above terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
